Elasi Raider

my take on the Elasi Pirates introduced in Star Trek: 25th Anniversary PC game.

many Elasi raiders are built on the hulls of old Klingon warships. the Klingons wisely do not include the command sections and their more sophisticated, if dated, computers and photorps. much of the remainder is made over into cargo bays, as the Elasi graft their own superstructures and heavy-duty docking clamps, as well as more primitive torpedo systems, onto them.
