TOS Phaser Rifle redesign

made for the TrekBBS monthly art challenge for July (theme: Fire At Will). i had originally started with the intention of making a close approximation of the one from TOS, but i misscaled the coil thingies and so put it away for a second. then i remembered a comment i made on another board member's project thread about it resembling a Steyr Aug in general layout, so i went back at it with that in mind. possibly TOO in mind XD. being a phaser, there is no need to worry about ejection ports, an has ambidextrous safety panels with four settings with colored indicators: safe (white), stun (blue), kill (amber), and disintegrate (red). in the inset, it is set to stun. fold down front grip, built in optic... it does separate in order to change the power coils, although this is almost never necessary in the field.
